I started my real estate experience after attaining my MBA from St. Louis University in 1976. I worked my way to Vice-President of Real Estate, working for several large national companies. I received my real estate license in 1996 and started my own commercial development company. I hooked up with Keller Williams in 2003 to expand my company and add residential real estate as part of the services offered to my loyal customers. Joy Kegebein
Joy coordinates all the paper work with the title company, the lender, the Buyers, the Sellers, and the two Realtors to make sure the closing goes as planned on the scheduled day at the scheduled time.  Without Joy’s constant communication with all parties, the closing would probably not take place as planned.  Joy works hard to make the process a smooth transition both the Buyers and the Sellers.
